And I'll say it again, that's because you're diet has been too high in fat. Excess fat blocks glucose absorption causing high blood sugar, leading to conditions like candida problems, weight gain, and Type II diabetes.
You've tried everything else under the sun like I did for my worst condition. Nothing worked. I couldn't tolerate lots of carbs or fruits either when my diet was high in fat. I switched to a low-fat plant-based diet and my worst health condition healed in days and now I can tolerate all the carbs and fruit I want.
Why don't you try to eat that way for at least a couple of weeks. What do you have to lose at this point?
