While conventional wisdom suggests adopting a low-sugar
dieting to “starve” unwanted yeasts in the intestinal tract, it has
been demonstrated that just the opposite is true.
Candida is a yeast found in the gastrointestinal tract of
humans. IgA is the main type of antibody responsible for
keeping candida under control. In a low metabolic state, the
