Chibreezy28- Welcome to the forum. It is really hard sometimes to determine what is causing what. Since you have been on the program for a month I would guess as others have mentioned that toxins are moving out of your system.

I know that I had to take the endo-dren and megapan early in the day as I found these quite stimulating.
