Oh Yes,...like you,....my liver was NOT up to snuff when I first started this battle,....and it darned near took me out!

Yes,...the rebuilding goes on, before, during, and after. (I'm guessing on the AFTER!) :-(
In theory,......candida albican CAN BE beaten back down into (manageable) numbers for the immune system to establish and KEEP a homeostasis,....But as I said,...this is still theory,...(my carrot)!

I think that also, in addition to probiotics,....we now may need to pay more attention to digestive enzymes BEFORE or WITH EVERY meal!
I read on here somewhere a while back,...that digestive enzymes actually break-up, eat and digest,....some of our 'nasties'! I sure like the sound of that! :-)

Lots of good info is out here,...we just need to gleam it from the stupid, expensive Charlatans around! (I have spent well over $3,000 fighting parasites since 2010!) Guess what,....I still have every bloody variety I started with!)

But,...the alternative is even worse! God help us all!
