yep i definitely regret not doing more to fix up my liver before i started parasite cleansing.. now i get practically no die-off symptoms from Ascaris - this in spite of a lot of dying going on - which suggests that perhaps my liver is working better nowadays.. (l-arginine seems to help too in quelling the effects of ammonia) remember getting rid of parasites is not just about killing them but about fixing our bodies so that they don't come back - which is another good reason to not just go hell for lathr trying to wipe them all out (of course it probably won't work anyway)
