Okay, I've read up a bit on Bentonite now. Fascinating! But I have a question, and please forgive me if this seems ignorant or silly:

I notice that Bentonite is an aluminum compound, and aluminum is very bad for the human body. Is this an inert form that will simply pass through and be excreted? I'm not going to retain aluminum in my body by consuming bentonite, am I?
