Thanks for your suggestions on how to treat this disorder. I had 2 doctors now tell me just to use water in the shower not soap. i also received a list from the gyn to use a mild detergent not tide or cheer, no bleach or softeners such as bounce fleecy on the undergarments. i think even with the water only im screwed. there is no cure for this shit. i will keep living my life as a hermit reject of society.
