If Silver fox was right (and he is not right) and what was ingested was chlorous acid at 1.57 volts oxidation potential then we don't know what would happen because there is no data telling us what would happen. So far as we know and Silver Fox knows it has never been done except in his theory, and even if his theory is correct he still doesn't know what chlorous acid would do in the body.

When Jim Humble stated that chlorine dioxide does not do damage in the body he was talking about a very dilute solution of only 25 ppm. When chlorine dioxide is used in a hospital to kill pathogens it is used at a thousand times that strength like 25,000 ppm and therefore does indeed kill all the germs.
