Do you have any idea what parasites you have. I tried to read some of your older posts. You mentioned you had pain near your lower right rib cage. Would you suspect that you have liver flukes. You mentioned you can feel things moving around. I would argue that flukes are some of the most mobile parasites a person can have. Do you see any red/orange curled up tomato skins in your stool? They may be different colors for a fasciola hepatica infection. Have you taken any pharmaceutical meds to rule things out or just gone the herbal route. Do you live near mexico?
