Getting worse, so sick now.

My whole body aches in pain, my brain is in another world. I have no energy, i just feel like i have the flu. I just feel like curling up in a ball and crying cause my whole body hurts so bad. Still have the pain in my liver/gb area for almost a year now. About to try a garlic enema with fresh pressed garlic in warm water. Was taking humaworm, didn't help. My zapper broke so I'm waiting on a new one and have nothing to help in the meantime. can't I tap on a battery or something? How does that work?

I just feel weak, like it's consuming me, it's never been this bad. Taking Black-Walnut hull powder form cause that's all i have right now, but it's not helping, not sure what's going on.

Any ideas? Doc says parasites but haven't bought the stool test yet. Just based off blood work and symptoms. I've also seen what I believ to be a worm come out in stool. And the sensatation of them moving around inside me.

I just can't handle this drained feeling and the achey pain in my whole body.

I have a huge bag of DE powder, should I keep taking it? I tried it for a couple days but didn't really notice anything. 1 tsp 3x daily. I just have this constipation/leaky gut. I didnt wanna take it if it would make that worse.
