Great info Ginagirl, I now include all of the above, as a result of much research on non-pharma approaches to treating fertility problems. The Weston Price lifestyle is treating me well, much better than my years of low fat/vegetarian/soy crap that probably (partially) put me in the bad situation i've been in more recently.
I just wanted to add that the zinc and E are really important for your partner's sperm quality as well. I find that it is easier to convert my husband as he watches me improve every day. At first it was like me reminding him everyday "take these pills!!" and now its him trying to keep up with my progress :) No reminders required.
Yes.... diet, diet, diet. So very important. And that iodine, and other minerals and vitamins that our diet doesn't provide sufficiently.
Sorry to jump in on this, but the topic of addressing fertility is unfortunately one i have too much experience with, researching, enacting changes, etc. I have faith these changes will make the difference and we will finally conceive and actually carry to term.
