there is no doubt about the effect of Iodine on the hormones. every hormone receptor needs iodine. without sufficient Iodine the body makes more hormones due to the lack of receptors with it. its a receptor problem, not a gland problem. it is the essence of estrogen dominance.

it takes time to adjust. trust yourself, yes, but dont keep doing the same thing expecting different results. you need more iodine, not less. this is counterintuitive and has to be learned from those who have been there.
