Thanks guys (: I got lucky - sports were part of what brought me here in teh first place but I never gave them up. I was also lucky because I caught my AF in the resistance stage rather than full blown exhaustion which I was surely headed toward.
Zinc: Currently I take about 20 mgs per day. 10-20 mgs is a pretty safe starting dosage. At one point I was taking 100 mg per day. Zinc has helped me tremendously, BUT I would caution about taking it in as high of doses as I did. Zinc can throw other minerals out of balance like sodium and copper.
