Sounds like you will be on your way to recovery in no time! Perhaps you won't mind posting your results on the forum when they come in.

Personally, I haven't yet done sauna, kelp, or CE. Your Hair test will let you know the state of your thyroid. Mine was way off but has improved since starting NB. Your calcium/potassium ratio will let you know. it should be a little over 4. Mine was 66 on my first test, and 28 on my last test.

My practitioner put me on Femco from Standard Process and this seems to be helping my periods. That, along with clearing out heavy metals. My last three periods haven't been that bad. Normally I plan on being out for at least 3-4 days with an additional week of recovery time. I've had little successes like this in the past so I'm waiting to see how the next couple cycles go to really confirm the improvement.
