Hey, i dont have any dairy at all havnt for about 4 months...as for gluten i have eliminated it in the past i feel better overall i think anybody would but the symptos still persist, however though after 4-5 days of strictly no gluten i introduce small amounts and before i know it i back to my normal diet...on gluten free diet i have more energy but the brain fog stays thats by far my worst problem it doesnt make sense how gluten could out of the blue cause all these problems as i said in my post all this was after a very stressful time its like my stress hormones got depleted and thats what put me in this state i cant handle any type of stress at all everything overwhelms me i have tried stress fighting hormones but they seem to do nothing. thanks for the reply!
