Nutrition is an issue, grains, wheat, gluten, dairy, processed foods, lack of a great great amount of vegetable/fruit, will have caused this chronic inflammation of the gut, the colitis. This will prevent all detoxification, through the bowels, leading to more disease.

IUD's must come out, all metal dental work must be removed from the mouth.

Almost certainly you have heavy metal toxicity, namely mercury.
