I can't tell you what yours is, but I had a ton of strongyloides come out between my fingers when I was cleansing with Humaworm.

I think you may be overdosing, taking too many things at once. If you kill too many parasites at once, it can cause severe die-off, which can actually be life-threatening.

I'd just choose one thing and take that until you're done, then follow up with the others.
