Cyst in hand has changed since Para.Cleansing & other questions

Hi all,

I'm new to parasites and have been doing my first cleanse and kinda freaking out abit because i've eliminated some and also going through horrendous die-off symptoms, aswell as feeling pains in my organs...so many changes going on, i've got loads of questions.

Mostly right now - i've had this cyst in my hand for around 3 yrs now. I've never known why or what it is - sometimes it's painful and more bruised/swollen looking - most othertimes no pain at all.

Last night, ontop of the 3 herbals mix of tabs i've been taking for 10 days now, (paratrex with DE aswell as some regular plain 3 para herb caps) i decided to add a drink to the protocol to aid better bowel movements and cleansing:

1 garlic clove, 1 heaped tsp D.E, 1 heaped tsp Vit C, 1 tsp psyllium husk, 2 tablespoon Bentonite clay water. I add water to the whole lot and blend.

This morning i wake up and notice the cyst on my hand has a twin! There's another lump forming right next to the original one!
I'm gobsmacked because i thought it was a 'harmless lump' all these years.

It's lodged in the fleshy bit between the thumb and forefinger - the new lump is forming just behind my knuckle of my forefinger...beside the original one.

What kind of parasites do this?
I've identified Tapeworm segments (2 different shapes/textures) aswell as fluke tomato skin rolls in my bowel movements since starting the cleanse.
Possibly ascaris...something long, white and stringy, not mucous - i could'nt scrape it apart with my poop inspection implement!

This morning i tried the drink again - with 2 cloves garlic - and immediately became nauseous and started salivating like crazy and vomited. The garlic certainly was burny - i have low stomach Hcl - would this reaction suggest parasites in my stomach?

Lastly - i'm worried about the parasites migrating away from the digestive tract - it could already be happening as i have liver, gallbladder twinges, spleen pain, and heart pain jabs. How do i keep them in the digestive tract to be killed? Should i eat foods they really love - which i crave like potatoes or something? Or does it not make any difference?

Is it best for me to stop with the herbs and just attack them with chemical meds? I'm afraid the herbs are too weak and giving them a chance to run away.

I'm mostly concerned about this cyst - wondering if they are doing that - where else in my body is this occuring? This cyst has not changed for years except now i'm doing a parasite cleanse it's changing and another has developed right by the side of it. I'm trying to be rational but it's very likely this cyst is parasitical.

I don't feel great. The back of my neck is really aching, my whole spine feels like its fused in place, adrenals are aching like crazy. Organ pains and twinges. My legs go weak after i've taken the herbs too - lasts about 2 hours coupled with shaking and jitters.
I'm barely eating due to low appetite but i'm bloated!

This is where life becomes my own personal horror movie isn't it? Giving birth to worms instead of aliens!

Any answers/suggestions would be hugely appreciated.
