Re: desperately need help, feeling trapped
Thanks David, I will look into Konynenburg and the others you mentioned. I was thinking I may have a problem with glutathione and my liver's detoxing. That's why I started doing the liver flushes. I can't tell yet if they are helping but I'm confident.
I've been doing ACV enemas instead of coffee because I'm worried my body won't react well to the caffeine. I can't drink coffee it makes me crazy and jittery. Its also not good for candida. But the ACV enemas have help me tremendously. I've also taken candidase and lots of other supps for candida. I've spent a lot of money on it. I find the cheapest and most effective is coconut oil and ACV, which both help with digestion and many other things.
I've also been wanting to get my genes sequenced and did not know about the $99 specials. I remember it use to be really expensive and I couldn't afford it.
As for trauma, my NP asked me if I had an event in the past. I don't really recall anything horrible, not to mention I feel like I've always had these problems, its just when you're young it seems to be easier for your body to fight them. For instance, I had ear infections as a toddler. I wet the bed for years, up to around 12 yo. I was very shy and attached to my mother. And as I got older things gradually got worse, because I'm assuming my body's energy began to run out as it was fighting more and more things, because of the initial imbalance from birth. My mother had
Amalgams before I was born and so did her mother. Her mother had mental disorders and my mother has a few health problems now. My brother also has mental problems. He is almost autistic. He has a very slow mind. So I'm thinking there was something passed down either genetically or chemically.
