Thanks. Yes when I returned home I did the Clean Start cleanse from nature sunshine which has Bentonite and I felt it elevated my energy levels but at the same time I lost a lot of weight. I'm very thin to begin with. I'm 6'2" and only 135 lbs.

I will look into meditation. I've been reading some Joseph Campbell which is reminding me how much more interesting eastern philosophy and religion is versus western.
