Re: Cortisol release cycle regulation - tips?
Wow - excellent info - thanks for this! :-)
I'll give earthing a go - sounds very logical and the studies show it normalises cortisol release and reduces inflammation.
Would be interesting to see a study on those with AF!
Makes sense that when camping - sleeping on the ground, there is a different feeling upon waking than in a bed.
As a gardener it also explains why plants do so much better in the ground than in a pot.
I live in the wilderness..yet it's a shame that it's a tick-infested area, with thistles growing etc - too wild for wondering about bare-feet unfortunately.
Although i'm wondering if wrapping copper wire around my footwear and feeding it INTO the boots, inside socks will work as a perpetual grounding device while working outside?!
I already have a 5 foot grounding rod in the ground to attach to so will try to make my own bed grounding device.
I'm also thinking of trying to sew copper strands onto a regular cotton bed sheet and connecting it up to the grounding rod. Sure cheaper than 200 bucks on a pre-made sheet! (although would the body soak up some copper from the strands? I'm copper toxic and need to reduce copper load)
Many thanks for the ideas!!
