Interesting that your heel has healed since earthing, despite you trying other methods.
I'd love to move to Israel! Not return until i'm healed! :-)
Salt baths do help me sometimes - mainly magnesium chloride baths - i find them relaxing.
Whenever i've used dead
Sea Salt s i've felt nausea afterwards, so literally one small handful is used - hardly enough in a large bath to effect much healing so i only use the Mag. now.
The thought of this being a 'mineral kingdom' keeps cropping up of late - as i'm suffering with a sodium anomoly (not excreting sodium in urine, low serum and hair sodium - yet crave salt and consume alot - not sure where it's going or where it's 'building up' if it is and why!) and trying to 'remineralise' with heavy celtic
Sea Salt . I have a hunch that if the minerals are balanced, a lot of healing can be achieved.
Interesting that the dead sea is 400 metres below sea level - with it's high salinity and depth in the earth - like you say - it must be a superior place of grounding on earth!!
I can't wait to try the grounding - am making simple wire connected to earth ones in bed socks initially before getting round to getting a full bed sheet.
Luckily there are not many thunderstorms where i am - that certainly would be a consideration wouldn't it! What a way to wake up! lol
Makes me wonder if one has a grounding rod of copper next to a big tree - would lightening be attracted more to the height of the tree - or the conductivity of the grounding rod? I live in a very wet area...topsoil upto 3 feet of acidic 'bogland' with dense limestone sub-soil.
I hope you continue to feel benefits from grounding - i'm very envious of you managing a 5 mile run! WOW! That's very impressive :-)
As an aside note - i continually read the link between
Psoriasis and bowel health. Not sure if you've focused any attempts in this area but might be worth considering.
