For those who have been dealing with AF for some time - what things work best to get cortisol release regulated at the right times - i.e higher in the morning and slowly descending into the evening?
Currently i feel 'energy/clarity' coming-on around 10pm...and i'm up until 4am - no point in trying to sleep during this as i'm WIDE awake - yet upon waking and during the day i seem to lack sufficient cortisol release.
Following light/dark patterns of sunlight/night-time are obvious - yet hard to do when feeling so awake when it's dark.
Is it a case of consuming sleep-enhancing concoctions to get into bed by a reasonable hour eventually leading to better cortisol regulation?
