Hey Marie,

I'm on just C and B's - essential oils - basic supps. Glandulars made me jittery so i stopped them.

Have not taken any hormone/steroidal supps like cortef etc.

Have been wondering if i should take some Isocort but when i read everyone is trying to get off cortisol supps i wonder if i should go down that road.
