It's true that too much water isn't good for the body, however those of us with low blood pressure can certainly benefit from a little extra. To avoid imbalancing electrolytes, it's always good to add a pinch of Sea Salt to drinking water. Plus dehydration causes some very nasty symptoms. I believe that every body is different, and if you pay close enough attention, your body will tell you what it needs. I don't force myself to do anything anymore just because someone else says to.
