Fascinating article...just when you think you read it all. A a radio station held a contest to see who could drink the most water in a period of time and a lady died. http://articles.latimes.com/2007/jan/14/local/me-water14

So yeah it can be toxic. I know a lady who hardly every drinks water, so little I can't believe she is healthy.

Like everything else in life...... moderation, but I bet most people drink too little water.
