I noticed, almost immediately, that my breathing was so much deeper. I actually felt air going throughout the entire "trunk" of my body. There was an increase in urination. Approximately after the 5th day, my left kidney began to ache. So much so that I stopped taking it daily. My kidney stopped aching and now I only take about 58 drops in 8 ounces of water once a week. Not sure if this is helpful but the kidney issue caused such concern. Anyone else with this experience??
