I feel your pain. I just changed doctors and she treated me like this first time I saw her.


"So the reason why my thyroid hurts after using iodine. Maybe because I'm hypo and deficient in iodine? My mother was hypo. My Gram ways, They lost weight. I weigh 132lbs now. I'm 5'11"

Doctor - "I don't know"

"So is bromine taking over the receptors in my thyroid and Iodine is fighting for a spot. Or maybe removing fluoride?"

Doctor - Rolls eyes "I don't know"

"Is my liver congested and I'm getting malabsorption from this along with maybe sprue, Causing me to lose weight and be deficient in some vits and minerals? Maybe I have NAFLD?"

Doctor - "I don't know"


"Are you new to practice (Included sarcasm since she's an older lady"

Doctor - Looked mad.



But hey I'm getting my TSH, Free T3 Free T4 antibodies and liver enyzmes checked.

She says medicine isn't a pin point you have to look for answers. Can't go off symptoms.


I have the wrong Doctor.

Healing is not supposed to hurt and symptoms are simply pathological
