Hi Peggyaus I wouldn't put the vinegar and olive oil on your skin without the other ingredients because it will only burn and that might make you feel worse. Wait till you can do the recipe.

While I don't have metal in my mouth now, when I first got real sick their were a few metallic fillings. Since then I've had to have extensive dental work.

This is a nightmare, but at least you're mostly aware of what's happening...some folks never even know what hit them...

Another thing to do is use your power of ~visualization~. It's at your disposal, costs nothing and you can do it all the time... Picture them ~GONE~ to the "netherworld" in a *hot* flash of the brightest, whitest light! POOFTA! Or croak them with whatever your imagination conjures up : ) Helps me some...
