Unbelievable stinging in my neck

Glax,

Can you give me any advice on dealing with the awful stinging in the neck? I don't know what i'm dealing with but I sense them travelling up to my head and perhaps the stinging is larval migration? or is it the parasite itself stinging my neck so bad... my liver ends up hurting terribly as well a few hours afterward.

These parasites are killing me.

I've had this before and the zapper really helped, but my copper paddles are broken so I have nothing to use right now except herbs which are doing nothing.

I've put peppermint oil on my neck, i've tried garlic in the mouth.. both not doing much.

Thanks for any input.

P.S. The current flare up is following killing a monster She devil ascaris of huge proportions with a vinegar enema.... I think a few (hundred?) have hatched since (or at least that's what it feels like) and travelled up my neck :( and into my head... its a nightmare.
