Totally relate. Sounds like your doing alot of self assisting things. Rest, sleep, less anxiety, resourcing, diet. At the end of the day I personally am used to quick fixes...In western society so much happens almost immediately, I am being taught long term vision and trust by this adrenal fatigue. I really feel for you. It is so challenging being so limited in capacity. Good luck with the SAMe ...and thankyou for sharing on Dr Lam saying we can be extra sensitive to supplements...That is so my experience. I am finding meditation helpful in giving me some assistance with the levels of anxiety and fear. My fear drains my adrenals the most I reckon ..then i get scared cos I am scared and on it goes.
