SAM-e and adrenals fatigue - anyone tried?

As i'm plagued with the emotional roller-coaster of chronic adrenal insufficiency and hypo-thyroid symptoms i am thinking of supplementing with SAM-e.

Mainly i'm anxious, trembly...sweaty aswell as generally 'down'...every element of life induces a 'stress response' due to adrenals mainly being so hugely fatigued and not coming up with the goods..i.e cortisol.

If i could 'stabilise' mood..i could feel more positive and take-in information better...respond better to life.

Anyone know about SAM-e implications for chronic AF and/or hypo-thyroid?
(i'm not on any adrenal or thyroid meds - just supplements for adrenals - Wilsons)

Stimulants seem to make me more trembly - i took some liquorice this morning and am now writing this with clammy cold hands and anxiety.

Thanks in advance for any pointers.
