Re: Can the lips heal if they are swollen?

such a good topic to talk about thank you.. and yes iv wondered also about the inflammation side. i think every single person with ec has a cetrain size of inflammation. i dont think theres a chance of the lips healing till the inflammation has gone down. i do think its possible that this inflammation could be casuing the lips to stretch then not heal properly. but why wouldnt both streiod ointment and a steriod oral medication at the same time not do the trick. is ec infact at the current moment in the medical world and our little ec community incurable. has there actually never been a real cure story for ec? is it a case of somebo0dy finding that one golden treatment thats works for most people?

i strongly believe we all have the same condition. sure it might be on different scales. i do accept that different things will work on different people. but surely there has to be something were at least two people have success! has anybody ever gotton lets say for example cortico injections in there lips? kinda what they do for people with chronic joint and muscle inflamation. im thinking of mixing one of my good lip balms with a strong steriod base..
