I forget the exact steroid but it was mild and i used it for about 2 months I believe.

And yes it slowed my peeling cycle. I thought it was curing me for the first few weeks but then it stopped progressing and then when I stopped they went back to the way they were before.

I believe this is the same experience most people have with steroids.
