Binding the p glycoprotein with herbs/spices may solve the problem. Resistance usually comes from the efflux pumps (p glycoprotein etc) but is not the only way an organism can resist (although it is the most common)

You might want to try using oil of oregano along with the drugs and possibly neem, boswellia and myrrh. Look at Banyan Botanicals parasite cleanse.
