No, no pricking for BP, just BP Monitor used before and at least half an hour (your time:) after eating.

BTW the "agurker" is for lowering your blood pressure, the Glucose Index is used for your Blood Glucose, sorry my sweet.

You see this particular plant (agurker) was used when I had a BP check at the doctors.

I always had high readings, say 156/94. Well when I found the way to lower my BP (using the Cucumber) it was a perfect time to test my findings:)

Anyway I ate some of this Cucumber and down to my appointment I went. Bingo 127/78.
Doctor jumped for joy thinking that his treatment had worked at last, I smiled:)

Blood Glucose ......

Another time I had to go to the nurse, she pricked my finger, read the Glucose results, told me it was 7 so would I come back in two weeks and be tested again.

Illysmanx she did not tell me how I was to accomplish this:)
So, home I went, that's when I found this W/S Glucose Index on my PC.
So I had a look and choose some slow glucose release food such as Salads, dark leafy plants, and lived on them for two weeks. After which I returned to the nurse who again pricked my finger and checked my blood sugar, 4.5 Wow, I thought, now I can include those foods and others in my diet.

Your initial post was brilliant, some of which I discovered myself and looked into it further to find how I could use it to stay alive.
I'm intrigued by what you say about cleaning the blood vessels. How can one attain this by the use of food? It is written that you are what you eat, that is so true.

The other thing that I make sure that I do is keep myself hydrated. I drink around two pints of filtered water a day, plus about 6 cups of Tea (Indian black) (English habit as you know:)
