This is yucky stuff to my body. Harsh, builds tolerance, has hangover in the AM, doesn't give me 'real, deep, stage 4 sleep'.

I would not use it as a long term solution, personally, but if you need some temporary sleep help it might help.


I could not sleep much at all or 6 months during my recovery so I can empathize with how desperate you can get. Sometimes a chemical can get you "over the hump" and adjust your body to sleeping again.
