Re: Reactive Hypoglycemia and reactive Arthritis caused by H pylori ?.

One thing that confuses me also is how low carb is low carb ?.
By this I mean surely depending on how we all eat differently low carb means something different to me than it does to you.

How many grams are we talking a day so that it's sufficient enough to starve out bacteria and yeast. I've just eaten eggs now and I feel really sick , it's driving me insane since I'm trying to avoid the only foods I can tolerate without digestive complaints ( but still after effects ) to replace them with foods that make me feel sick and give me stomach ache.

I can't tolerate dairy , eggs , fish , nuts , gluten and now I'm not supposed to eat carbs.

Can anyone think of a suitable breakfast with such a strict diet ? , I can't think of anything except bacon along and this isn't enough calories!. For some reason even spinach makes me feel sick :(

When I'm two stone underweight it's not looking good at regaining any weight also.
