Day 5 &6 of 15 days- water fasting buddy
DAY 5 &6
*Word of the both days: Withdrawn
*Activity: I have kept to myself in the last 2 days, i been home mostly.
*Sleep: still sleeping 3-4hrs a night, but now i can remember my dreams, they are very vivid and i am able to remember a lot of it, i usually dont remember dreaming when wake up.
*Dry-Skin brushing routine: i have to say that i LOVE it now, my skin feels very smooth (if you are a woman/man and you shave or wax your legs and you get bumps from growing hairs, than this is a good solution, it has worked for me)
*Tip of the day: If you feel the need to withdraw than take time out.
*I have known for some time that over-eating has been way of coping with anxiety and stress, even though i was eating healthy food. Therefore without food during this fast, Im left with having to face with a lot iof the situations stress or/and make me anxious. The last two days have been emotional, but i feel like its a good time for some self-examination... and I have to admit that i have a bit of work to do. :) Not sure i have solutions or answers yet...
I can almost say that I'm am not as hungry today because i am emotionally full hahaha if that makes any sense...
