DAY 1- It has been a interesting friday.
*Word of the day: HUNGER! for sure...! have experienced in the past that the first 4 days are the hardest for me, all think about is food because its such a habit to just eat...
*Activity: Today I kept myself low key, i did not feel like doing much.
*Sleep: I slept 3-4hrs during the night and woke up 2 times, this afternoon i had to take a power nap for about 45min. (I hope to be able to sleep better with this cleanse)
*I have decided to start a Dry-Skin brushing routine to help with the Detox process.
