DAY 4
*Word of the day: tired
*Activity: Today I took a walk and did 5hrs of productive work, a little hard to focus, but i did get some work done, i have not talked much today, still a bit irritable, a bit better than yesterday.
*Sleep: I slept for about 5hrs during the night, i did not wake up... this afternoon i did not take a power nap.
*Dry-Skin brushing routine: i still like it.
*Tip of the day: If you have work to do, take a break every 45 min, have some water and if you are lucky to have sun light outside soak in it for 5-10mins. I felt it helped my mood.
