Gavster...That is fascinating to me as I have had adrenal fatigue for a long time without knowing what it was. I then developed a colitis like pathology that was misdiagnosed as chrohns disease. Turns out it was a parasite misdiagnosed BUT the treatment for the 'Chrohns' was hydrocortisone. Now i gather it can cause more damage to adrenals long term and I am off it now but as soon as I started taking that stuff I felt like a miracle happened in my brain and body. Hypoglycemia went I slept all night anxiety reduced it was incredible. I too felt a sadness when I stopped it though it is not a good long term solution for adrenal fatigue. Anyway that explains why it had such an effect and as I weaned off it all the AF symptoms rushed back. Thanks for sharing Gavster
