Re: Disability
Hi Paulette, you really have seen to have tried everything. I am very unclear why you dont just go on hydrocortisone ? People with complete failure who have Addisons lead normal lives with normal life expectancy. President Kennedy had addisions and was on hydrocortisone, look what he achieved.
I just can't see how struggling like this is worth avoiding the side effects you perceive you going to get.
If you read " Safe uses of cortisol" it states clearly that there are no side effects at a sub clinical dose. That would be between 20 to 30 mg per day which is all you would need to possibly be able to function optimally again.
Hydrocortisone is a bio identital hormone, it mimics your bodies own hormones. Suzanne Summers has written a lot about this. It is not for everyone, but if you keep trying and can't come right without it you should certainly consider it to get the quality of life you deserve.
It would stablise you, clear your thoughts, enable you to work and then maybe start a mineral balancing program.
