Re: A lil confused about the concentration of Iodine..
The FAQ page is good as it cover a lot of the newbies questions, but if you find it confusing search our forum instead it is even more to chew on :)
I sent you link to healthleads and the asset chemists in UK.
Both are good.
I purchase mine at the latter, as it is cheapest for my dosages, but you will have to fill out a form first, so the healthleads is good for a start.
Or you could start with the omega labs 7 %; as you dont live in US; (US has a limit of 1oz)
Have you checked at your local pharmacy? If your lucky you can buy it right there :)
I bought from different places in the beginning; dont worry as long as it is iodine, and as long they tell whats in it.
I also took chlorella 10-20 grams a day, for a year; it is good, probably, but didnt prevent me going hypo T. There is next to no
Iodine in it, as it is grown in fresh water.
If you have no challenging health condition you would probably do with much less than most people I know. For my kids; they get approx 2-300 mg a week.
My cats; 1-2 mg a day
Your breasts need 5 mg a day, then you have the thyroid, ovaries and other tissues; so a woman that is healthy, with a body temp on 37 C, I would say the 2 drop / 12-13 mg a day could do; at perfect conditions. But I must say I know no one in that condition, from 30 years up..
