Ok, Nadia:; about the omega labs; their % is weird. It is not the company I recommend in the beginning, just because of this.
- Anyway; just count the mg per drop and you will know. I have purchased their 7 and 15 %, couldnt say it was any difference between them.
There are different ways to do iodine; one is to jump start at 50-100 mg per day, another is take one drop, then two etc.
I took 20-30 mg for half a year without much effect. Then I jumped up to over 50 mg and from then on everything happened.
Taking 50 mg+ is no problem as long as you take selenium methionine and the other co-supplements.

How much iodine; Depend on your condition; do you have low body temp, FBD, fatigue, etc ?
Yes; newcomers tend to be confused; brainfog is also a symptom of
Iodine deficiency :)
-and there is a lot of conflicting info out there too.
