Hi,do you think it coud be leaky gut or ibs? What it might be is an combonation of 2 or more things.our body is an living organism,the things tha digest our food are able to adjust to thimgs after an certain amount of time and/or attempts.What might be needed is an multi-facited or phased approach.Do this 1 or 2 days then use something else then go back to this ,keeping the organisms that are causing the problems off guard and not allowing them adjust to what we're doing,therefore they can't stop your progress by their being able to counter-act the routine.our bodies are able to adjust to things given enough time which can be an good thing or bad one depending on if your body is working for you or against you.this is just an thought of mine and maybe something to be considered.another thing that came to mind is gastritis the beginning process of digestion excess gas is produced then added to as your body starts to digest the food more as it travels the intestines.
