what is causing this

Hey guys just dropping by to vent and update you all. I have come to the conclusion something strange internally is causing me this smell. I washed myself with Hibiclens, left it on for a little bit and still a complaint about the smell, that is like the strongest soap out there. I had metrodonazole gel from the doctor and still a complaint about the smell. Wipes regardless still the complaint. I think it's like an eggy smell from down there but still I tested negative for any bacterial, yeast infections or stds. I'm waiting for the results from my amino acid and tmau test from mebo which should come back by mid december. I think about this and my life is just passing me by..it makes me very sad but a lot of bad stuff can happen to undeserving people. I just wish I could find a cure.
