I did not know that Lecithin is made from soy so you get the same estrogen interference that you would with soy. For that reason, I do not think I will ingest it. High doses of it can also cause anemia.
I did a quick search to see if Lecithin caused drowsiness. I am a night owl, but I feel fast asleep after applying Lecithin to my lips. I also feel like sleeping all day today. I guess a drowsiness side effect is possible. It is common with soy.
