I had the same pain one time, took a laxative and ended up with appendicitis and had to have my appendix taken out! Anyway, have you been checked for diverticulitis? This is where a food seed, such as tomato or strawberry seed, or roughage, gets trapped in a pocket of the (usually) descending colon (descending large intestine) and if it doesn't work its way loose can create infection requiring Antibiotics . On the other hand, it could be from the Diflucan. The only way to know for sure which it is, is to rule out diverticulitis. If your doc doesn't understand this, get another professional opinion ASAP.
