Look dude..i've changed my diet many times as i'm sure others on here continue to do.. no one is stupid enough to eat the same thing over and over..so these people you keep saying that are on this forum doing that... i mean..maybe for a period of time..but dude people change

its been said you should rotate your diet so sticking to a bunch of the same stuff is not good longterm

Don't know if that's what you're suggesting but like I said.. people change... if something is not working for them they will change..no worries there

I HIGHLY DOUBT that someone's gonna keep suffering for an avacado. Symptoms speak louder than anyone on this forum.
